What does "preorder" mean?

Preordering means you're reserving a bag before it's produced. We open limited preorder windows and only make what's needed.

When will I receive my bag?

Our bags are made to order. Production begins after the preorder closes. Please allow [6-12 weeks] for crafting and delivery. Most orders arrive earlier but we take the time to ensure perfect quality. We'll update you every step of the way.

Can i cancel or change my order?

Because each bag is made to order, we are unable to accept cancellation or changes once your order is confirmed. Please double-check your details before checking out.

Do I need to pay in full for preorder

Yes. All preorder are paid in full at the time of purchase.

Delivery and tracking

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. International shipping rates and delivery times very depending on your location. You'll see exact options at checkout.

How do I track my order?

All deliveries include tracking.

Once your bag ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow its journey from our hands to yours.
