These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Customs and Import Duties
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties varies from country to country.
Exchange & Return Policy
At Lwah, each bag is made to order with intention and care. As such, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or color preferences.
However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll be happy to offer a one-time exchange for the same product. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, with clear photos and your order number.
Exchanges are only valid for manufacturer's defect. Minor variations in texture, stitching, or color are natural, are not considered defects.
Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange.
All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed and not changed in any way.
We do not accept exchanges for sales/clearance item.
Returns should be sent to the following address along with proof of purchase.
Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained

1) Your Name
2) Order ID
3) Reason for return
4) Clear Photos
5) Tracking number
We will not entertain exchanges if information provided is not complete or invalid.
The management of Lwah Pte Ltd reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged / altered / used condition.
Refund Policy
All Lwah products are made to order. as such, we do not offer refunds for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection
- Color or design preference
- Delays caused by shipping partners
Refunds are only valid due to manufacturer's defect with the condition if request were made within 7 working days all international orders. The issue should be documented with clear photos and a written description. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
If approved, refunds will be processed via GIFT CARD within 7-10 business days.
The management of LWAH PTE. LTD. reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.
